Could be a UTI or a problem with his kidneys. I would suggest taking the cat to the vet and they should know where to start. If it is a UTI the cat will need antibiotics. Any kidney issues the cat has I am sure the vet will explain to you. Best to get this checked out right away to prevent any further health issues.

may a urinary tract infection. take him to the vet, they can test the urine and put him on antibiotics, or if you have recently gotten any more animals, it could be an aggressive behavior toward the other animals.

That is usually a sign that he is not feeling well and needs to be examined by a vet.
