i think they're all pretty much the same, i tried different ones and nothing happened. Plus have you heard of all the Lawsuits that happen cuz a weight loss program screws up your body? I have been on Nutrisystem and lost 35lbs. I like them cuz, you can read the ingredience and they actually use alot of healthy things. Like brown rice and cane juice. At first you lose like 1.5-3 lbs every day.

Also they have a specific program for men and women
