Their professional hair products, and I just don't know if I could get in trouble selling them since I'm not licenced. I wanted to list them today, but since the schools not open I can't ask them until monday.

Also, can you post a link to another website that sells them at retail price? I'd like to show people how much of a discount I'm selling them for, but don't know if there are legal problems putting someone else's site in my listing.

Anything you know would be much appreciated.

if you list them on ebay as a fundraiser, they must be listed through MISSION FISH.

it is a huge hassle!

DO NOT mention the fundraiser. your items may be pulled if reported.

and NO you can not link to another website in your auction. this will ALSO get your items pulled.

just state the regular retail price in your auction description. you might say "these items retail for $..."

Yes you can there are hundreds of people that sell salon products on ebay. It is no big deal if you get questioned (you wont though) Just tell them you got this item as a gift and you got to many that you can handle and you are just selling them. Also in the description make sure you tell them you are selling this item for a find raiser people will feel more obligated to purchase your item. I have been doing ebay for couple of years know it is no problem.
