I ask because I was watching the beginning of the Busch race, and they were showing highlights during the intro with Aerosmith. It didnt occur to me until I saw the highlight of Reutimann about getting wrecked at Daytona off of the bumper of the 60. I don't know who was in it. And then two weeks ago Reutimann gets punted by Biffle into the wall during the cup race. Now is it just me or is that a little strange, he gets taken out once almost twice by Roush cars. And Roush is against Toyota. I'm just asking if anybody else might feel this way or has noticed it. Not trying to start any conspiracy though.

Just so everybody knows, Im not a Roush fan, and I am a Reutimann fan, but I just noticed that and wondered what everybody else thought.

Witty I could be wrong, but I though Boris Said ran the 60 in the cup race, when the 60 got into Reutimann it was the Busch race, otherwise I understand what you are saying, I'm just stating an observation, that intrigued me.

I cant stand Jack Roush. He's jus t scared of that Toyota and the fact that they'll do better then them. And he knows that Toyota will be able to beat and do just as good as the rest of the nextel cup teams. Jack Roush prob. does have it out for David Reuitmann.

If Jack were to do that, he wouldn't be picking on Reutimann, who is easier to pass than punt. He would be picking on Mikey (who is Toyota's token boy) or Blaney (the leading Toyota driver).
Boris Said was driving the #60 for No Fear Racing, not for Roush, (He only bought Roush equipment like Hyder bought RCR equipment). So that is a bit of a stretch to think that Jack could get someone from another team to do his dirty work.
I also can't see Greg messing up his own car to wreck someone that he can pass. It's just not his style, nor is it Jack's who has said that they have focused resources this year to get Greg into title contention. Any way you look at it, the motive just isn't there.

LOL, roush racing doesnt have to go after Toyota. Toyota as of Vegas can barely make it into the race Blaney and Jarrett are the only one racing Toyotas today and Jarrett can use his provisional so he gets in no matter what.

Considering the incidents that you are describing that just NASCAR it doesnt make since that a driver would risk taking out another driver because they are in a Camry and risk getting wrecked themselves or in rare cases getting Black Flagged.

The thing Roush was critical of Toyota is that he thought they where gonna come in with Toyota giving extremely large amounts of money to dominate the sport like the Craftsmen Truck Series then up and leaving.

maybe but i would say no since the toyotas they cant get hardly any drivers in the race if DJ doesnt have his provisional then only 1 toyota would have made the field this week. also i dont think toyota has a driver worth worrying about taking a hit out on except possibly blaney but even that would seem unlikely

Maybe Reutimann isn't quite as good as he needs to be,especially at end of a race when a driver is somewhat more prone to "bumping."

it won't matter much. toyota is no present threat to nascar yet. it may take them years to put a good car and team together. or it maybe over for them in nascar. there car sales to the public are very good. i drove a toyota a year ago. they are good street cars. however racing them is a whole different thing.

of course.... since Jack Roach stifted Yates on his motor support he has to get it anyway that he can.
