Oil is causing to much problems. We all have to pray to God for a new source of energy that is unlimited in supply. New technology.

Check out 'The Dance of Molecules' by Ted Sargeant. (I may have his name wrong). But his book is about nanotechnology and speaks of a photoelectric paint he invented. I think God may already be providing the solution through this new technology.
