I'm jealous that you have good weather to grill.

Also, I'm not an advocate of par-boiling the meat before slapping on the grill.

Why?
1. You're boiling away some of the flavor.
2. The meat taste differently when boiled... it has the boiled meat flavor... kind of bland even when you slap on the bbq sauce.

If you're going to boil the ribs, then you might as well just cook them in the oven (without boiliing first) so you don't have to watch the ribs.

Else, just marinade them and slap them on the grill and finish off in the oven.

The country style pork ribs should cook relatively fast about 10-15 minutes per side (assuming bone-in).

The key is to use the lid of your grill to control any flare-ups.

Cook on direct heat on the grill for about 15 min. Then move to the side and cook on indirect heat for about 30 min. Adding the sauce the last 15 min..After you take them off the grill cover with foil and let them rest for about 15 min..

Put your ribs in a can of chicken broth, add after your broth comes to a boil, simmer for about 30 minutes, add some basil to the broth a tsp, remove, put on your grill (hot/med/cool?) for just about 3 minutes on each side, just enough to zot the sauce in.

cook them on a simmer, not a boil for 3 hours with a can of beer, and some onions in the water. it will make them taste much better.
