ive known this guy 4 almost a year and he rides my bus and we talk on the bus every now and then one day we werent talking but we were sitting in bus seats across from each other and i turned to face him and we just sat there staring into each others eyes for what seemed like 4ever untill i looked away cause it was getting kinda akward, does he like me i mean he is reallly hot and single same as me and i think i like him

Yes I think he does, but to be sure just talk to him. Start a conversation with him. Maybe you guys have things in common. Who knows what will happen after that.

This sounds good unless he cant blink or move his head for some reason.
Otherwise he's def interested I think.
But dont discount the inability to blink thing.
