Put a small ice cube or crushed ice in your mouth and hold it on your tongue. If you are unable, hold ice water in your mouth. The tongue is a very vascular organ. This means it has a rich blood supply. It will stop bleeding in time.

Ice ice ice and more ice, keep on doing this until hopefully the bleeding stops. You tounge has many blloodvessles running through it as does your face ,have you ever gotten a small cut on your face and notice it seems to never stop bleeding? The same thing with your tounge.I dont know if this trick will work but try to apply pressure to your tounge that also may help. I hope you are successful. rubberstampr
