Look up "solar oven" on the internet and you will see many kinds of designs. I had my environmental science students build solar cookers this semester. I made one myself and cooked my dinner on my front porch during a snow day recently. My main pieces were a cardboard box, foil, some insulation (I just used an old styrofoam cooler for that) a couple of pieces of clear plastic, and a cast iron skillet. Worked pretty well.

Here is a great site http://www.builditsolar.com They have projects of all kinds including solar ovens. You will probably find more stuff to build. I've spent many hours on that site.

Happy cooking!
