This is why i used the word "most" in my question..I know not all of them do...But the vast majority do..
I have never known the majority of any other race to do so.

I also noticed a similar thing, Japanese have a very strange way of walking sometimes..it looks reall affected like they are trying to be super cute or quirky or something. Sometimes Chinese walk in this sort of horse gallop military march step.
The foot dragging thing, usually in dirty flip flops, I think they think it looks cute, especially the gay asians who do it.
I'm not saying all Chinese, Japanese or Asians or gays do it, just saying i've noticed it also.

Everyone Who's Offended by this question needs to stop being so damn sensitive... As humans we notice things around us, and if we happen to be ignorant about something, we ask a question!!!...I'm Caribbean, and I know that all, or Most Caribbean people speak very loud. I live in Boston where there is a large population of Asians, and I've noticed that most of them drag their feet when they walk, its a fact that this happens, (Hence the fact that everyone who typed this into there Google search has witnessed this act more than once before). So calm the F*@k down and relax, no need to bring race or intelligence into this question. Its all in fun!!!

I work in a predominately Asian office and many women here do, but if they are in a hurry they can forget to. I do think it's a cultural thing. It can get kind of loud hearing someone scuffing all the way down the hall when you are working. I gotta believe it's also hard on shoes. I've noticed they also talk very loud in the break room and do exaggerated laughs, especially toward men. I don't think it's wrong for one culture to ask why another does something, so untwist your drawers.

Yes almost all of them do, I live in Brooklyn NY and when it snows you see the footprint of an Asian..... hehehehe you could always tell, the footprint has a trail at the hill, my wife also drags her feet she is Chinese from Hong Kong, she says most of the mainlanders from China do drag their feet. Hong Kong people tend to be more civilized and more western in their ways and they drag less. It is what it is

It's not all Asian people who drag their feet. A lot of other people do too. I know I drag my feet or "shuffle" as some may call it, but it's normal for me. I'm not taking large steps just to avoid annoying other people who probably shuffle to begin with.

Why do Americans fall below average in test scores for high school students and we are number 14th as the dumbest on the planet?
By the way, China will soon be the superpower of the world. Hidden intelligence, Dragging feet- will become a new fad.

Whoa...slow down a little bit. I take that as an insult. I do not drag my feet while walking so please don't generalize.
Okay, I don't know about that, but I do know that not all Asians do that.
