My brother really really likes this girl but he doesn't know where to take her on a first date. He doesn't want to go to a restarant cause he think it might be really borning. He wants to go some where where the two of them can laugh and just have fun..any suggestions?

Well, if he doesn't want some akward silences now and then, the don't take her to a movie, please!
You could go to the Zoo?
A waterpark/indoor waterpark?
Go on a picnic?
Rec center?
Mini Golf?
Movies? (although this is not the best place to go on a first date, you can't talk and you don't learn much about each other)
Mall? (buy her stuff! =D)
Tour of a factory? (candy, chocolate, glassblowing, ect....glassblowing is actually a VERY neat place!)
ball game?
My, oh my! There are endless possibilities! I hope I either gave a good idea or triggered another one!

Take her to the zoo, a garden, or someplace that sells really nice plants or the florist!
They can talk about the things they like, he can buy her flowers, and they can make a bouquit together.
Any place, that is a nice park, pack a lunch.
Just walk among beautiful things.
Go to a petstore-- is she likes animals.
go get icecreme.
Just make it fun.
do window shopping together and get to know one another.
I would love it -- go to the zoo, and ice cream
or Go to the Florist, and pick flowers one by one, and have the florist teach use how to wrap the flowers and tie the bow, and then go for ice creme.
Nice petstore, or Tropical Fish store, then ice creme.
Botanical Garden-- walk thru and just talk.
Lunch at the Park, picnic basket, simple sheet, sandwiches, clothe napkins, bottled water.......simple, and then have a lovely view of nature.
If it's cold, go inside, if it's warm enjoy the outdoors!
Cruise and antique shop and see if you can find toys or things your grammas had in their homes!
then go for icecream

to a funfair there can go on rides together rollercoasters and hgave a laugh and have a boss day tell him to spoil her win her teddies buy her drinks and her ticket to get in that was my first date and it was brill
