Come on! It's fruit! It's natural with nothing added to it. Eat an apple, eat two and STOP WORRYING. There are soooo many more important things to worry about!
By the way, the carbs in an apple are completly different from say the carbs you would eat in a cookie.

20gms of carbs for an 80 calorie apple. 4 calories/1 gm. of carbs

The amount of calories in a food item has nothing to do with the amount of carbs in a food item

1 apple has 17.8g of carbs in it. this is based on atkins carb diet chart for fruits.. FYI strawberries have 0 carbs.
