Is it safe to chew Codeine Tablets that have a 3 on one side and a 93/150 on the other side, then swallow them for pain relief?

Well if you can stand to chew them, it is not going to hurt. I know people who chew regular aspirin becasue they feel it gets into the bloodstream faster, which it probably does.
I just dont lnow alot of people that can handle the nasty bitter taste of medications. But like i said if it doesnt bother you than go ahead-it will not hurt you/

you should not chew any aspirin or codeine tablets. they can, in time irritate you esophagus, and your stomach, that's why they always say drink lots of water with you medication.
