Ok I'm not sure how you don't know this but whatever.
1)You undo the two flaps on the sides of the diaper and pull it off.
2)Than you hold the baby's legs up and take a baby wipe and wipe the baby's private parts with the wipe.
3)Then you take another diaper and slide it under the baby's bottom so that it comes up to the waist.
4) You put the baby's legs down and take the other part of the diaper and pull it up so it covers the baby's penis or vagina. If it's a penis make sure you put petroleum jelly on the penis so it doesn't stick to the diaper and hold the diaper in place with one hand while you take one of the flaps and just fasten that to the diaper.
5)Than you take the other flap and do the same thing to the other side.

Well the first thing to remember is get everything you will need by you first. You will be amazed at an infants ability to roll off of something. NEVER turn your back on them. Remove the dirty diaper, use a wipe (or washcloth and warm water) to remove any poop or pee residue. Always wipe front to back, especailly on girls. Place the clean diaper under the baby, fold the front up and stick the little flaps on. A couple of times and you'll be an expert! Don't stress, you'll figure it out. Just remember not to turn away from the little one. If it is a circumsized boy, ask your doctor about caring for his penis. I'm not going to chastise you for asking, I remember being nervous about changing a diaper for the first time. Lay the baby down on it's back. Depending on their age, give them a toy to occupy themselves (if they can roll over). Unstrap the diaper, open it, and fold it back in half under the baby's butt. Wipe from front to back thoroughly. Remove the old diaper and put the new one, opened, under the baby, about even with their belly button in the front. Pull it through the legs, bring it up and attach the straps tightly, but not too tight.

First you need a baby with a soiled diaper. Have in reach a clean diaper and wipes.
-Unfasten the old diaper and wipe their bottom.
-Remove soiled diaper and discard.
-Unfold clean diaper and place the side with the fasteners under the baby's bottom
-Move the front side up and fasten.
-Make sure baby's bottom is completely covered and taht the diaper is not fastened to tight or too loose.

If you do not know how then you should not need to ask. My 2 1/2 year old changes her baby dolls diaper all the time. It is basically the same thing. Please tell me that someone did not leave their baby with you.

If you had a baby they should have taught you that before you left the hospital!!!!
It simple though....take off the old one....clean the baby very well. put on diaper rash cream if the baby has a rash. (or baby powder, etc....)
Then put the new diaper on!
:)
