I like hog maws...
Chitterling is a hit or miss. Some people just don't take the time to clean them properly where it taste bad.
If I make them, yes chitterlings are good. Maybe I just spend too much time trying to clean them.... lol...

When I was a kid I liked them a bit but once I got older and realized what it was I rejected them.
Just think of it. People like these things because of the flavor of mess. Take away the feces flavor and you just have tasteless intestinal tissue.
I wonder if you take a steak and marinated it in feces for a day, thoroughly washed it and cooked, would people enjoy eating it.
