I know a new breed, and would like to see it a kennel club member. How?

get in touch with the kennel club ,they should be able to put you in touch with the right person if cant get hold of number , i get for yer as my mum breeds and shows dogs ,

The dog has to be breed for 5 or 7 generations as that new pure breed without being crossed with anything else. I think this is true, I believe I heard it on Crufts last year.

The Kennel Club General Committee will consider an application for recognition of a breed once there are specimens of it resident in the UK.

If the new breed you're thinking of is a "doodle", "poo" or some other designer dog, forget it. The AKC will probably never recognize them.
