yeah i know cardio helps you lose weight..so why not run a treadmill or stationery bike instead...because struggling to do one sit up is comedy to me

I dont mock them..I laugh on the inside a little

But its because I know thats not the proper way to do it....and I know both muscle toning and cardio is beneficial..but when youre that fat...try doing one thing at a time and thats the fat

they do them because they think that they are going to lose fat by "spot" exercise. But you can not do so as there is no such thing as exercising one particular spot that is going to work. You must exercise the whole body in order to lose the fat.
So your right, since even if you gain muscle the layer of fat is going to hide it. They would be better off using bikes, elliptical machine or treadmill.

Actually you are wrong. Building muscle helps with weight loss by speeding up metabolism and also prevents muscle loss when losing body fat. You need to do BOTH cardio and weight training/toning to see full results. I thought this was common knowledge, maybe you need to re-educate yourself.

I think you are very rude when people are trying to get into shape and you mock them.

HTH : )

You're wrong. Doing crunches and situps does take alot of fat off your belly specifically. Cardio does help to get rid of your fat overall, but if you want to target your stomach fat specifically, that's the way to do it.
