my cousins gf ( mother of his baby ) doesnt know things that he has done while they have been together and she is now leaving him because she found out that she has HPV and he gave it to her . she does not know that he has cheated on her numerous times( not just with women either ) just the one he admitted to. should i or anyone else in my family who knows about his sexual activities tell her that he was sleeping with both sexes?
please don't be curel or nasty .

Well, she knows she got it from him, that's enough. But if he isn't mature enough to inform new partners of this, out of concern for their well being I would inform them. No one deserves to get a disease because their partner didn't tell them.

That's a hard one because telling her may hurt her incredibly but she may need to know. If he was that open with picking his partners she may want to be tested for more than just HPV. If you're close to her, you might want to suggest it.
