Enter Atkin's Diet on Google.com and you will get a ton of information. This diet is only healthy if you do it in a safe manner. You can eat all the veggies, fish, chicken, pork, and beef that you want. No caffeine, sugar, carbs, starch, etc (which translates to nothing good). You really need to read up on the diet as it has various stages based on where you are with your weight loss. DO NOT just have a field day eating greasy meat and cheese or your kidneys and liver will hate you! Eat veggies and lean meats and drink a lot of water (or Crystal Light)!!! Good Luck! Pounds FLY OFF with this diet if you can stick to it, but you WILL gain back every ounce and then some if you go back to your old eating habits (this part happens even faster)!

Hey Listen up. Forget the Atkins diet. It is boring and to restictive. Look up George Stella he has a cook book out with tons of great reciepes. He is a chef and so is his wife he was very over weight. He lost about 200 pounds. My sister lost a lot of weight using his book. Do yourself a favor and check it out. You can also find him on Foodnetwork.com

isn't that the diet where you eat like a milllion pieces of meat like everyday??

thats really bad for you if it;'s the one im thinking of, but you could probably search thhe Adkin's diet on a search engine.

i think that the better thing to do is to just eat right and exercise not go on some fad diet.

it may take longer but it will be real and you will be able to keep it off, no matter what those crazy people at the centers say, they just want you to buy the stuff

I could tell you, but I don't advise this diet plan as it's not healthy and it's not going to keep your thin. I know too many people who have been on it and today they are just as heavy as before they went on it. I gain a lot of weight and I just eat good foods that I like and eat less and do more exercise, and I have lost weight
