if they did then they would have to throw away thier God doesn't exist theory to. they dont want to do that because then they would have to obey him.

We haven't stopped evolving. It's a slow process, which is why we aren't superhumans.
It's entirely possible that God made us in his own image. But if that's the case, which image? Humans have changed a lot since the beginning. And that is something that can be proven by bones and artifacts. To say we evolved from something out of the sea may be debateable. But to say we've never evolved is just stupid.

Computers are quite recent, evolution has been going on far longer.
We're still evolving. It just happens too slowly to witness, especially while it's in process. We'll be able to recognize the changes in a few thousand years.
Consider the negative impact we're having on ourselves and our environment. We feed ourselves food products that have been stripped of all nutritional value. We constantly breathe, wear and live amongst toxins that are known to cause damage to the nervous systems. We sit on our butts all day in front of flickering computer screens instead of exercising our bodies. Who knows, we could be 'superhumans' by now, if only we didn't make conditions so dreadful for ourselves.
The concept that God made us in his own image is far from simple. I used to study theology and have heard or read a few dozen variants and interpretations on it. Which one, then? Yours?

Computers have been around for decades. Brains have been around for hundreds of millions of years. Evolution isn't about perfection -- it's about any advantage over the competition. Evolution is happening now. Don't ask why people can't see what you see when it's your eyes that are closed.
You're question about superhumans really reduces to, "Why isn't it the future, now?"

(1) I haven't seen anything you have said that is rude (as one accused you of).
(2) Evolutionists (they hate it when we use that term) simply state that views from certain scientists, such as physicists, are irrelevant, even though they do not have the expertise to determine that they are irrelevant. The fact is, if many physical properties were just a little different (eg. the force of gravity and the attractive force between electrons and neutrons), life would be impossible. With this knowledge and with the complexity of the universe, they state that the universe could not exist by chance, and neither could any life-forms exist.
(3)Some species regulate their numbers to better ensure their survival, while we multiply without end, ensuring that we will overpopulate the planet and destroy it in the process.

We are evolving into superhumans. Don't get left behind.
We were not created in his image. We are the image. When you grasp the difference, you'll understand why you aren't making any sense.

So you think we are less than perfect do you? Less than superhuman?
In which case, my question to you is, if God created us in his own image, then why aren't we smarter already? More perfect?
Surely your argument cuts both ways?

Have you stopped evolving? I haven't. Sorry about you.
Compared with primitive members of the genus *homo* we are indeed what those people would consider superhumans.
The question - did God make us in his own image? - is meaningless. If you say "yes", then tell us who made God? Was there a Supergod who made God in his own image? And a Superduper God who made that one?

We haven't stopped evolving. It is just that this is as far along as we are right now, see? In a couple million years, we will be more evolved. See?

I feel the same way. The human body is so complex, so detailed that we can not even come close to comprehending it all. So how in the world can someone say we happened by chance?? how does that just happen?

... you can't make rude comments to people and expect them to be interested in your views ... you'll only get dissapointed ... if you want to convert someone, you need a different angle ... what you've done here won't work ...
