im trin to pass a drug test and i took 2 niacin pill which i heard they test for also and my drug est is in 3 days so i was wonderin if itll be outa my system by then

The niacin alone won't flush your system out. If you are looking to pass a drug test I recommend large quantities of water, I'm talking several gallons per day. I've given myself 3 days for passing a drug test and used water in combination with vitamin b complex with niacin. NOT niacinamide or the anti flushing, the flushing is the whole point of taking niacin. Niacin is part of your B-vitamins. You may experience sunburn type symptoms and possibly past drug effects while taking the niacin. I recommend taking 250 mg in a day, if your body can handle it try 500 the next day. Don't up it more than that.

Why would they test for Niacin unless its athletics? Niacin is in ordinary food and is also made in the liver so there will always be levels of niacin. I couldn't find any data for removal of niacin but 12mg a day is at the top end of the recommended intake.

Niacin and its metabolites are rapidly eliminated in the urine. Following single and multiple doses,
approximately 60 to 76% of the niacin dose administered as NIASPAN was recovered in urine as niacin and
metabolites; up to 12% was recovered as unchanged niacin after multiple dosing. The ratio of metabolites
recovered in the urine was dependent on the dose administered.
Single dose is excreted in approx 10 to 12 hours as peak serum level is attained in 4to 6 hours.
