We got this orange smoothie mix and it says use fat free milk. I was wondering if it would still be good or turn out right if we just used regular milk?

Of course, people make such substitutions all the time, milk is milk. The difference is fat content, which you'll notice only if you really overly care.

Using regular milk may also be better for you, a recent study showed that drinking milk products higher in fat can help to lose weight. They don't know why but the study shows it.

Hope you enjoy those smoothies!
