There is no "right age" in my opinion - but I would definately say no younger than 18. And only with someone you're actually dating and have been dating exclusivley for about 3 months at least. Sex brings up complicated emotions and can really change the way you relate to and feel about a person. Age is NOT the only determining facture - it's not like you're magically ready to have and handle mature relationships and sex at 18. It depends on the person you're thinking about having sex with and your own maturity level. The only thing I can really say is that you should not think about having sex with anyone who you think is not committed to you and legitimately cares for you as a person.

There is no "right" age. It is all a matter of moral/religious conviction. If you have religious beliefs follow those. If not, the big question is, "Do you feel ready? Can you make the decision not out of pure emotion or can you make it because you want to be closer to the lady that you love and plan on having a commitment to?

there is no "right" age. But it better be after the legal age to have sex. Which is usually 18.

The right age is variable. Doing this is a huge physical and emotional event. If you are too young it could bother you for life. But it depends on the individual. My rule of thumb is at the very least when you get your drivers license. Of course that could be too soon for some and they should take a pass on this.

There is no right age. If that person feels that they are ready no matter what age they are then it is the right time.

instead of sneaking around

and i hate to say it but it is best that u have sex once u are ready to take responsibility for any accidents that may accrue...
