So there's this guy in some of my classes, and I have an feeling that he likes me. I mean, it seems like he always tries to find an excuse to talk to me, and he recently invited me to his Bar Mitzvah. I also think he may ask me out...but should I say yes and like him back? I mean, he's Jewish and cute, but I dunno if I should because he's not very popular, and it may ruin my status. But then again, he's really nice. I'm soooo confused! Help me please! :] Thanks a bunch!

Well if you like him a lot you shouldnt worry about your reputation. Go to his barmizfah, get to know him better, you will probably get to like him more and more. Just follow your heart!

no..as a guy i must say if i was him, and I knew u whould be that scarred of me ruining your status, then i whould'nt even consider dating you. Reason being that it seems as though U are trying so hard to fit in that u wont even be able just let go and have a good time, but hey this is just my opinion

ok, first of all - status schmatus. If he's cute and nice and likes you - I say go on a couple dates with him and see if you two have a connection. It's ok if you don't - just give him a shot and then tell him you're not really that interested if you aren't.

How shallow can you get? If I was his friend I'd tell him to stay well clear of you as your status apparently means so much to you. You obviously don't fancy the guy, so do him a favour and don't bother. Stick to your higher status boys, that's if they'll have you. Poor you!

Thats very superficial thinking you got there. We dunno if you like him or not. I doubt going out with someone lower on the totem pole is gonna affect your popularity. If so, then thats dumb.
