itunes will not open it says their is a problem with my audio configuration. how do i fix this?

this happened after updating itunes. my anti-virus deleted a volume control because of a virus last week. how can i fix this

If you have the name and location of the missing file, you can probably find it on the internet, and replace it. A simpler option would be to un- and re-install Itunes.

maybe try turning ur computer off and tehn turning it back on again?
