I think that if you found a better style of clothing, and if you found a better hair-style, you got good potential. Right there you're looking like a 5; you haven't shown anything special in your appearance (you look too plain). Find a friend that dresses well and then find another friend that has good sense of hair-style. After doing this set an outing where you can find some more clothes with the clothes person. With the hair person find a time where you guys can experiment multiple looks, or can go to a professional hair-style that will suggest multiple looks.
