Sit-ups, and crunches Do these every single day. Start with like ten each and increase at least weekly. You will get into better shape stomach area. in no time and it'll look awesome. Good Luck.

you cannot "spot reduce" fat by doing certain exercises. to lose fat, you need to do cardiovascular exercise, like running, walking, kick boxing, or some other sport to get your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes 5 days a week. doing that along with following a healthy diet (not too little food!) will reduce your entire body fat. you can, however, do certain exercises to tone the muscles which lie beneath that stomach fat. so when the fat is gone your abs will look tight. do crunches with your lower back pressed against the floor. there are lots of others. google ab workouts.

A healthy mix of cardio and strength exercises can really help. However, in most cases, working out alone does not work. Try replacing soda with water or chips with unsalted pretzels. Making minor changes in what you eat and how much you eat can really make a difference when combined with exercise.

Everyone has a stomach, silly. The only way to get it out of you is if you go have a surgical removal of it.
If you are already skinny and think that there is a tummy in the way, try doing sit-ups!

Eat less calories and do cardio.. even walking is cardio.
JUST MOVE! If you are dedicated to eating healthier and walking 3 times a week, you will lose weight.
Just remember, burn more calories than you take in. Your body will burn more in the end and you will see results.
