Sometimes there is a real tightness in my chest/heart area. I hear a "popping" noise. I can barely move or talk or breathe normally. It lasts for a couple minutes. This happened to me a few times before. It sounds like heart attack symptoms, but my mom and grandma say, oh its just nothing your probably just imagining things, or something like that, but im no. Could it be a heart attack? Or a broken rib? I dont know what. My mom also thought it was heart burn but its not, i get heartburn all the time and thats in my esophagus.

You are not imagining things, and you also do not have symptoms of a heart attack. There is a joint where your sternum (breastbone) meets your ribs. Occasionally, this joint can become inflamed, and a rib can also slip slightly out of place - both of these things can really hurt. Even though there can be a lot of pain, the problem is not serious, and it usually goes away on its own.

Anti-inflamatory drugs such as ibuprofen or Alleve can be used to stop the inflammation and reduce the pain. This type of problem can take a week or two to heal completely. In the mean time, avoid sleeping on your side, or in any other position that puts pressure on the area that hurts.

Tightness or pain in the chest should never be ignored. Make an appointment to see your doctor as soon as possible for a check-up. I can't say whether you have a cardiac condition or not, but a doctor will be able to tell you what the problem is. I had a heart attack just over a year ago.

Michael Jackson did no longer have a coronary heart attack. He experienced Cardiac Arrest and medical doctors could no longer revive him. coronary heart attack isn't an analogous difficulty as Cardiac Arrest. The post-mortem will start up day after today to verify why he went into Cardiac Arrest.

It may be a stomach problem. Something called GERD.

By the way, if you think that it is heart attack, see your primary physician. They could check to see if you have any heart problems.
