I'm italian, so of course my answer is YES. Garlic helps your immune system, lowers blood pressure, it CLEANSES you, :) and unfortunatley gives you some pretty bad breath. But overall- garlic is a great thing to eat as long as your alone! :)

No. I eat plenty of garlic but not raw. In fact now they say that there is no real gain from eating garlic at all. I do use it in cooking. A schoolteacher friend of mine ate it every day and the kids in school said "I smell onions" when she passed by. Finally the vice principal called her to his office and said everyone was complaining about her odor. My advice, don't eat raw garlic!!!!!

I do, when I'm not planning to go out for awhile, or when I'm around my Greek family. Add some garlic to any yogurt-based sauce, or add finely chopped garlic to fried or grilled zucchini- it's love on a plate.

I have once. Something just came over me. I didn't feel to good. It wasn't very fresh, a litllte green on the inside. Maybe the body knows it needs a food and then sends an urge.

Yes. I mix it with salad dressings, potato salad, coleslaw, dipping sauces, salsa. Crush and finely chop it, don't eat it whole in the clove though!

Yes I do, it is good in most cold pasta salads. Just mince it up and it adds great flavor to just about any salad.
