Were both 18 have a great time together, Just looking for some ideas on what we could do for our 6 month. She is great at surprises and probaly already has something up her sleeve for me. So i need some help.

oh my gosh! That's so special, congrats!
Well, you could tell her you're going away for a few weeks, right on your aniversary, and pick her up for dinner unknowingly. That could be special.
Invite her over and make her dinner, that would be even more special.
