I know it but I can't explain... so I'll have a dictionary do it for me :)
To make playfully romantic or sexual overtures.

Like, "Flirting with disaster"? = Risking
"Flirting with the idea of going to Europe"? = Casually considering
"Flirting about in the cooking pan"? = Moving jerkily
"Flirting with that lovely brunette with the smokey blue eyes"? = Generally the same as "fishing" would mean if you were after fish, but it could be just playful conversation.
Ain't English great - the same word can have so many different meanings.

flirting: smiling a lot, lots of giggling, playful slapping, if a girl comes up to you and tells you that you look really muscular, if shes says you look really good in theses pants (usually mean your *** is hot) lol....bout sums it up
