no when i was nursing my baby i could not take birth control so they told me to use spremicides to is completely safe good luck!!

When used as directed no. While breast feeding you can safely use - BCP Progestin Only, condoms, female condoms, Depo Provera, Diaphram, morning after pill, IUD, Breast feeding alone - LAM, Rhythme Method, Sponge, tubal ligation, Vasectomy or withdrawl all safely - and spermicide as stated.
