I'm 17 and I completely understand what you're going through. When I was little, I was always taller than everyone in my class, now I'm one of the shortest in my senior class at 5'1". Unfortunately, the chances of you having a growth spurt is fairly slim. If you have not yet gone through puberty, there may still be a growth spurt coming. But I got my period at the age of 10 and that is when I stopped growing completely. All I can say for you now is to continue to take in a sufficient amount of calcium, along with other vitamins. Stretching can help, but won't make you inches taller.

Sorry, honey - genes are the only thing that determine height.
Unless you came from a really tall family, you may not have received enough nutrients when you were an infant (which I doubt is the case :) )! No amount of stretching, exercise or gummy bears will help. Although continue to drink milk, and take to correct amount of calcium to prevent bone loss later in life which will cause you to shrink!

There isn't anything you can do. A girl of age 15, who has already reached puberty, isn't going to grow any taller. Your best bet is to stand tall, find clothes and shoes that make you feel good about yourself, and accept the height you are. Have you heard the saying "good things come in small packages". I'm a shorty too and have learned to live with it and be happy about it. :)

There are growth horomones, but I dont exactly recomend them. Not to mention they are out of a price range for a teen unless your dad is Donald Trump or Bill Gates and agrees that you should be taller.
There really arent any "make me taller" secrets. You are what you are and you should be happy with it. You have until you are 21 or 25 (depending on your gender). My older brother didnt really start growing until he was 20 - I was taller than him and he hated it. Now he is 24 and has passed me (no one no longer wants us to stand side by side to see if his little sister is taller).

Once puberty hits the bones fuse and you will not grow more. Take what you have and expand on it. Being petite and cute is a trait you can live with. Besides you can date any height of guy and wear any shoes you want to a dance, you will never tower over your partner.

The milk idea is good. I don't think any sport will make you get taller, though...
Really, being tall is kinda overrated. I'm 5'10-11"(depending on who is measuring), and I'm always tripping over my big goofy legs, or hitting my head on stuff. Don't worry about it.

Height is mostly a matter of genetics, leibling.
If your parents or members of your family are 'tall' than chances are you will be too.
but remember.....different people are made different ways because we all have differents tastes.
We love you for who (or how tall) your are, Lovey.
P.S. my mother was only 5 ft tall, Dad was 6ft 4. I'm 6ft myself

well other than vitamines there's really nothing you can do...besides 5 foot isn't that bad....coming from a 6'1 guy that probably doesn't mean much but you should just be happy you're you : )
