I heard that, yes, they do turn you a brownish-orange. I would not recommend them because I read an article that said that they work through the blood stream, turning your internal organs (even your BRAIN!) brownish-orange. That cannot be good for you! I would look into sunless tanners or just embrace your natural skin color:-)

Nope they are not safe and they leave you with an awful color..

since you are resorting to tanning pills maybe you're using the wrong tanner. I use St. Tropez tanning mousse and it is a dream come true!!! honestly it is. I have also heard great results with a product called FakeBake.

So use lotions or creams and then make sure youre still using SPF.. no tanning beds!!

Whatever you do, do not take them. Its a risk that you should take. It might turn you a brown colour that you might like but not good for you at all! It also could trun you into a yellowish shade and in blothes. Get a tan the old fashion way or go to a tanning bed, as long as you dont go all the time its actally good for you, it gives you vitamin C.

NO, NO, AND NO! tanning tablets mess you up more than actual tanning. if i were you i would get a good stray on tan cause real tanning is as bad a smoking cause it cause skin cause and sometimes gene mutation, and you never want to trust a tanning tablet, there like diet tablets and can lend to serious side effects.

No tanning products are safe that I know of. They make you a brownish orange color. Just go outside and put a lot of sunblock. Make sure it's at least SPF 30.

Orange. Usually made from beta carotiene and safe for most people. All brands are about the same.
