hey, i have gotton a large stomach lateley and it is like jelly. it isn't huge, but i don;'t like it anyway. any tips for a good workout, or a simple diet?

Burn more calories than you consume + jogging and sit-ups.
Thats about as easy as it`s get`s.

do some crunches every day about 10-15 to each side per day if u can handle more per day then tht's cool too but stay consistent!

As for diet, don't starve yourself just watch the foods you eat and don't go on those lame fad diets cuz those ain't gonna help ya any!!

Lets see try replacing fruits with unhealthy snacks-eat the ones ya like, don't peel the ones that you can eat with skin cuz tht part is good for you.
Cut back on the red meats-you know the ones from fast food restaurants and also the ones fried in fat
Other snacks to munch on may be healthy popcorn the one with no salt or butter-you'll get accostumed to it

For breakfast-if ya don't eat any, START
and not with lucky charms or something
some good ones are kashi and cascadian farm brands-I prefer kashi but that's just me(they're lower on sugar and have so many healthy things in them you can't even believe that it actually tastes half okay!!) They also keep you full for longer

and remember take it slow cuz it'll stay off longer
and ya might end up likin some off these foods
also try smoothies instead of soda-tht stuff is refreshing!!

fish chicken stay a way from fast food japan food at the food court is all right.but stay a way from white rice and pop.drink 8 to10 cups of water a day do cardio at the gym,
