Is a bit weird that you don't believe in God but still send your children to Sunday school. I don't know what is going on in your head but if you're content doing it then is okay.

It's great that you are such a caring parent and want your kids to have some teachings to learn from... even though you may not believe you are giving them a chance to find out for themselves! Good job and just be ready to have a few Q & A's with them when they get home... don't always tell them that you don't believe but be willing to listen and possibly learn from what they might have to say! You could be surprised!

First off you realize most of the people saying yes belive, as the majority of americans do. I dont belive in god, but do believe its a good moral upbringing. But if you really are an athiest you know you'll lose them. the main appeal of god is that there is a heven...and such good things as that...just as waving a cookie in front of a dog when it does good, your children may be moral, but for the wrong reasons.... reconsider... but like I said it has its ups...

Yes, it is. I let my kids go to Sunday School before I got saved. They straight up prayed me through salvation. Anyways, it is a good place for them to learn morals, and the TRUTH.

OK? Sure.
Useful? That's debatable.
What are ya gonna do when they come home and start asking pointed questions about YOUR faith?
If you don't have a better answer than I think you've got, you're wasting their time.

Of course. My inlaws are Christians and I wasnt, but I sent my daughter to church every Sunday with them and it was because of my daughter that I found the Lord. You'd be amazed at who God uses to bring you close to Him. God bless

i beleive its ok to teach ur children to have a spiritual fondation even if u dont have one urself
children learn what they see. if they r around kids their ages learning to believe is always a great thing to do.plus it gives them a social awareness of others.teaching kids to go to church is good because its where they learn to be compasionate of others, forgivness, and trust.
its never too late to learn about others religions even if its to be more open minded and free thinking. learning is a process that takes a lifetime to acheive.
have a great day!!
