I am sure you are right in the ideal weight for your age and height (unless you are male, then you should probably gain a little).
No way is fast, and its not good to lose weight fast. My guess is that you are decently healthy if you just have a few pounds to shed. My suggestion - stay away from the sweets - those urges are not healthy.
I used to deal with the same thing - cookies, potato chips and dip, pop. One day, I thought I'd just give it all up. After the first week, it was quite easy. I am going on two years. And no, I havent completely cut it out. Once I was under control, I could let myself have 2 cookies and now more, or a handful of chips and not a single extra. Ask your parents for support to cut out the sweets - have them buy less, or offer apples and bananas instead of sweets. If you cant cut it completely, look on the package for the serving amount, and only let yourself have one serving. Put the cookies/chips (whatever on a plate and put the rest out of site.
Reward yourself for being good - an extra serving at the end of the week (or one serving if you are doing no sweets), a movie, going to the mall...anything.

127 is actually underweight for your height so your body is not cooperating with any more loss.
If you need to be thinner than that, you seriously need to rethink your choices . . .
Why kill your body for a few months of work ?
Aren't there any good employers where you won't have to look like a heroin junkie ?
Look how stupid Naomi ended up from her career,
Do you want to be that lame ? sweeping garbage ?
Respect your body and find a company that does too.

The first thing I would do is get your BMI and a physical done. I heard of this one lady who needed to lose 10 pounds for a modeling career, but she only had 10lbs of fat on her. The rest was all muscle. The Atkins diet works well and fast. You don't need to cut out how much you eat, just what you eat. (you can't eat any carbs) However, if you are just trying to lose about 10 lbs, you'll probably gain most of that back within 2 weeks. Just go to your doctor and ask him what the best and healthiest way to lose weight for you.

First I think it's unbelievable that you want to lose weight, you sound perfect in size.
When I crave chocolate I have a chocolate slim fast or a smart ones dessert but then I have to use that as a replacement for the calories I'm taking in.
