What is somethings i can do for my child to loose weight without being unhealthy???

Get your child on a team. When playing a fun sport, it does not seem like exercise to a child

participate with him/her in outside things.. investigate the diet and see if there is a trend towards empty calories and a djust the diet TOGETHER. more fuit less pork,(u don't want a porker)more fiber especially when u eat fatty foods. fiber helps absorb fat and prevent absorption into the body. Try to eat less processed foods. eat as close to natural as u can. I know this seems frightening but if u do it together it will go a long ways to establish good habits for the future. walk with him/her, get a football and throw it, or whatever sport they like have relaxed fun together.ride bikes, go hiking, become bird watchers, study the local habitat together.

Get rid of junk food, foods with trans fats. Introduce healthy snacks like veggies and fruit slices instead of chips, ice cream etc. Cut out fast foods.......FULL of unhealthy fats and trans fats. Cut out soda.....lots of sugar

drink lots of water and eat good healthy meals.
cooking the meals yourself instead of buying and eating frozen foods, prepared foods etc. Prepared/frozen foods are much higher in fat, sodium, calories then a meal you would make yourself.

Maybe take walks together, that way it doesn't' feel like "work", you can enjoy the time spent with each other.......

tell him/her to run,jump rope,swim if they know how.ride a bike.dont feed the child too much fatty foods.
