Last Nov my gf left me, she came back 10 days later after realising that she loves me & missed me insanely. We were supposed 2 move 2 Oz together at the end of May when her visa runs out.. A couple of weeks ago she met my Father and saw faults in him that she hates in me. We argued about him on the way home that night and were both quite drunk. It's not the first time we've had a drunken argument. She told me 2get out of her face & I wouldn't as I just wanted 2 make a menze. She ended up pushing me over & running home. I then tried 2 call her several times, after no reply I knocked on her door, she eventually let me in but wouldn't talk 2 me & told me I couldn't touch her until I calmed down in the morning! I was fairly calm anyway and just kept saying sorry! She stayed up havin drinks in her friends room while I cried myself 2 sleep. We broke up by text message the next day &she hasn't called , I've bumped in2 her in a bar a cple of times &she says its over. (Im female 24)

Hon, she could have left you cos she sees some traits in you/your dad that maybe remind her of someone who hurt her badly!
Maybe you should leave it a while, then send her text saying you're really hurt and that you'd like to know why it happened.

your both female, so i am to assume this was a lesbian relationship. was she a lesbian when you met her? are you her first? this may the case. i have seen a few times in the past, a woman feels attracted to another woman, only to find out that she is way confused. perhaps you were just a try-out for her. maybe she was ashamed of the way she felt, or afraid of what others might say about you and her. it could be a number of reasons, the best would be to find out from her, just email her or right her a note/letter asking what is the matter. hope the best for you, and good luck.

I guess it's the drink, it sounds as if you both drink too much and it bodes ill for any relationship you my have in the near future, take time out for yourself and reflect on what you really need in life. Counselling is maybe an idea you can think of.

I'm sorry but it sounds like she just got fed up with the relationship and instead of being an adult and telling you about it, she just looked for an out and took it. Don't let it reflect poorly on you, she may have issues of her own.
Like my mom said, men (or women) are like buses, there'll be another one in 15 minutes.

I know you love her but it seems she has treated you rather cruel I think. It wasnt nice to leave you in her room crying while she drank with her mate. I think you were right to be upset that she insulted your dad. I would be too. Hmmm she seems to be the one in control and you should be equal. Please try to find someone who will make you happy. I am sorry for ya girl!
