Become irresistable to them. Find out what it is that they like, a sport or hobby or musical group or something...and become an expert in that. Also, wear pink lipgloss!

You asked how I got my avatar in one of your answers - I created a yahoo 360 account, found a picture online I liked and saved it to my yahoo 360 account, then transferred it to yahoo answer account.
Seriously in regards to your question - It has been my experience that if you have to try to get someone (hot or not) to like you, then it never works out. Relationships are very complex and you changing yourself and/or doing things just to get someones attention just does not work out in the long run.
