I still love my ex, how long will this last?

It's already been two months. He has told me over the internet that he no longer loves me and tat we will never get back together. We go to the same school and have the same friends but he dosn't look or talk to me. I know I should get over him, and that it should be easy concidering the way he is treating me but I can't. I have tride to focus on myself, my friends, and my school work, but nothing can take my mind off him. He was my frist love and I was his. It was special, but then it all fell apart so quickly. We broke up because he said half of him still loved me and half just wanted to be friends. But now were not even friends. I'm not going to try and force him to be my friend either because he seems so happy now and that's what is really important. Even though we will be with our friends it's like I don't exsist to him. And it hurts. How can I get over him? He is obviously over me.

U are still in love cuz love comes from the mind and partly from the smell (don't ask me why but this is true). Your ex does not want to be with u for various reasons which only certain people can know. I think that he broke up with u in first place cuz he feels this relationship is not enough for him and probably wanted to break up cuz he wanted to hang out with another person or he is too busy or there is another thing he likes that you might hate.

He tries to ignore you because he might feel embarrassed when you both broke up, or he might felt you as a friend when you broke up and recently felt in love with you again and he is afraid you might be mad with him and you might made him feel even more sorry.

There are a lot of reasons why he tries to ignore you but the best thing you can do is talk to him although he ignores you because the only way you can fix things together is talking things seriously amongst each other. Another alternative you can do is ask his friends if he has changed any thing after breaking up with you. Another one is spying him and find out why he ignores you....

omg! This is happening to me right now. But I think you need some healing time. Focus on yourself and try to start doing some of your old hobbies and past times before you was with him. Hang out with some of your best friends. Go out on group dates. Maybe you'll meet another special someone! Just try not to focus so much on him. It'll only hurt you more. Believe me. I know

Cry, get mad, throw things. Do this everyday for at least 10 minutes. Then lead the rest of your day as if his sorry butt never existed. After a few days you will be there at your allotted depressed/mad time and say fu I want these 10 minutes back I have better things to do.

I had a situation just like this when i was in high school.i'll advise you by saying;
try talking to him,ask him questions,tell him how you feel.if he ignores you completely i guess he's immature.if he answers your questions try telling that you want to be his friend and make him understand by expressing yourself completly.if you still love him ask him if you both could try again...trust me the first cut is the deepest..................
