a healthy milkshake would have to start with healthy milk. Commercial milk is full of growth hormones, antibiotics and steroids. If you can find organic milk, thats okay, but raw, fresh from the cow milk is the best. Then, just add in some fresh fruits or sorbet, blend and enjoy

honestly just put whatever fruits ya like
and put natural sweeteners such as honey, bananas, raisins, ya know anything but sugar and esp. don't use Splenda!!
splenda turns out to be really bad for you.
Ilike to but bananas and berries(if ya don't have fresh, frozen are fine-I use blackberries), raisins, vanilla, milk(of course!), umm...
pretty much any other fruits ya like
or ya could go exotic and use stuff like pineapples, oranges, and watermelon
ohh and if ya use stuff like apples and pears-don't take the skin off cuz tht's what makes it really helathy!! You can taste the skin but it's not terribly awful or anything!

ingredients.....milk,almonds,pistachioes,dried seeds of {,cucumber ,gourd ,melon and watermelon},cashewnuts, poppyseeds,sugar to taste
soak all the ingredients except sugar and milk overnight ,strain water, peel the almonds and pistachio grind them to a pulp ,use a sieve to separate fine juice from pulp mix it in milk and sugar add some ice to serve cold
