thanks for the input from all my answerer's!
After some fiddling about with it, figured out it was the "low" note horn, part was in stock at my local O 'Reilly auto parts for $12.99 plus tax- easily switched out by unplugging the wire going to the terminal on the horn.IMPORTANT- had to make sure theres a solid ground from the horn to the frame- or the horn doesn't work BEEP BEEP!

check your fuses with a test light, if all ok
then ground your test light and check the horn elec. connector.
if you have power on one of you wires then most likely you need a horn. Be sure your light is ground though or it will not light up.

There are four things to look at that could case the horn not to work.

1) Fuse blown? (usualy under the dash on the left side)
2) Faulty relay (usualy under the hood drivers side control box)
3) Bad ground at the horn. (usualy in front of the radiator and hard to get to)
4) Faulty horn switch in steering wheel (don't mess with it)

hi there ? well you can start with the dill er ? or you can go to a bone Yard veering on were you my live and do it your self and save a lot of money this way . good luck .

go to dealer and have them clean contacts in steering wheel..Iv had it done in two differnt cars...12 dollars.and 23 dollars..dont do it yourself cause of the air bags..BANG!
