I think so. But that is why I do not follow any religion. I follow Jesus.

Everyone with any religious belief will tell you that their belief is the one true religion. Why would you honestly believe in something that you think may be false?
If you are interested in true Christianity, then the important thing for you to do is to understand the basic premises of the beliefs of Christianity and then look at the theology of the religious group and compare the two. If a group claims to be Christian but does not believe the fundamental accepted truths of Christianity then the religion of the group is False Christianity, also known as a Cult.
True Christianity accepts the following basic truths among others:
Jesus was born to a virgin.
Jesus is God incarnate.
There are three aspects of God; God the Father, God the Son (Jesus), and God the Spirit (The Holy Spirit).
Jesus died for the sins of the world.
God raised Jesus from the dead after three days.
There is no other means to enter heaven except through Jesus. If you believe in Him, ask Him to be the Lord of your life, and ask Him to forgive you of your sins you will be saved.
There is nothing that you can do personally to earn your way into heaven.

True Christianity acknowledges the oneness of God, which Unitarians accept. Jesus was a human prophet of God and the Messiah, but He was not literally God. The idea of God-man saviours comes from Greek and Roman mystery cults.

It doesn't matter which is a true religion as long as one does anything for more than self interest. Saddly that we must have religion to bring this about shows how fallen we all are. I used to say I had never been a wretch until I realized how little I did for others which makes me wretchedly alone except for my own belief of love. Do you fare better?

You're absolutely right, Unitarism is the one true religion to Unitarians, just as each of the other beliefs are the true one to its believers. To Atheists, they're all laughable.

No. There is one true plane geometry; it is the same in Australia, Bolivia, China, Denmark . . .
There isn't One True Religion; if there was we would have just one, instead of eight major and hundreds of minor ones.
