I'm 16 and most of my life so far i have been stopped doing things by my lack of confidence and believing in myself. I just wanna know how to boost it quickly so i can stop wasting days.

Confident people have good social skills and have lots of interesting things to talk about. It can't happen overnight hon, but I can give you a few ideas to get you started.
Confidence comes from knowledge. Make an effort to learn about more stuff. How? Well, turn off the TV and start reading about things that interest you. Join at least 1 club (it could be anything from stamp collecting to young entrepreneurs). Join at least 1 physical activity (swimming, football, dance, paintball, ecohiking). Figure out at least 1 hobby that you want to do (woodworking, toy plane flying, singing). You will meet a whole bunch of new people and get comfortable and feel more at ease and have so much more to talk about. Once you have mastered those, move on to a whole new set of things...
Confident people don't need to be good looking or a certain body type. They are people who exude charm and attraction and don't need to rely on looks.

I do that too and I'm older than you are. If you want to believe in yourself, stop worrying so much about what other people think of you and just be yourself. Hold your head up high, and repeat these words: "I have good qualities. I am unique. There is no one else on Earth quite like me." Communicate to those who are close to you and tell them what you're feeling, it might help.
