I have Limewire Pro 4.12.11 and i have installed the Limewire acceleration patch. I have a connection of 2Mbps and i get a download rate of 45kbps when I download a movie. It takes more time.
Is there any tips to increase the speed, plz help.

The only good advice that one can give is too:
Close down all other application
Use Alt + Control + Del to end any background tasks that you do not need running
Ensure that your anti - virus is reduced (still working) yet not using as much CPU usage.
There really is not a lot you can do to speed up rate of download. One of the most practical methods is to log on when America is "asleep" and not online. The reduced traffic really does make a difference.
You really are limited to the upload speed of the file sharer and sharring application however.

Your speed depends on how many people you download it from and how fast their upload speeds are
Speed can range from 0.1KB/sec to 200KB/sec
You have NO control over that, even though you can right click on the download and ask for more suppliers.
