i've use creatine and protein and used to use no2. protein is pretty safe considering its what you eat naturally anyway. and some foods mainly meat and fish has creatine in it and the body produces some of it naturally itself. however even these can be bad for you if you use too much of it. creatine uses a lot of water so you have to stay really hydrated with WATER and im sure too much protein can have bad effects. vitamins are also helpful is you are not getting enough through your diet. I was using it for muscle building now I am just using it for performance.

anything else i'd stay away from i did use Nitric Oxide but i didnt see any gains from using it

I'm not a college level athelte or anything but I've done my homework needed to gain bigger via body building methods here are my supplements.

Multi-Vitamin: Essential I know for a fact i dont get all my vitamins through diet alone so this is a must for anyone. Without every vitamin our body needs we cant function at 100% efficency just maybe a little lower.

Fish oil: Hands down the best supplement you could take. Fish oil has numerous studies on cancers it may prevent, joint support in reduction of inflamation, when taking after a meal can improve insulin response reducing insulin spikes. just to name a few helps reduction of body fat.

BCAA's: Branched chain amino acids before and after workout helps curb catabolsim and improve the muslce building state. Ive even read in a study they give these to patients after surgery via IV to help promote recovery.

Creating/NO product: Helps with pump feeling, strength gains, muscle endurance, hyper feeling also due to stimullents such as caffine and taurine.

Whey protien powder: Pretty much selfexplanatory its used post workout as a very fast digesting protien supplement coupled with simple carbs is the most efficent manner of replenishing muscle energy after working out.

particular Olympics athletes by no potential asked to be heckled or mocked and it somewhat is seen very unfavorable form to accomplish that. whilst somebody posts right here, they accomplish that understanding that they could be heckled and mocked. somewhat troll posts like "Atheists are all going to hell, Am I outstanding?" Is that not begging to be mocked?
