Definitely listen to what they have to say. I don't know how old you are, but if you're a teenager you think you know it all. No offense, sweetie! But really, you and your friends should attend, I'm sure they will teach you something you didn't already know.

Of course you should listen! Not only should you listen, but you should seriously think about the things they tell you.
This talk is not to make you feel weird, it is to inform you that what you "learn" from friends and TV isn't all of it. Sadly teenagers think they know so much, and every single one of us goes through this stage where we know it all and adults are all stupid. Not until you get to be about 25 do you realize how little you knew as a teenager. I honestly don't think it is realistic to expect you to really listen, but I hope you try.

The kid who told you to spell right needs to take his own advice and spell CANADA right.
Anyway, listen. It has some important things that you don't know...Trust me. My school system makes us take sex ed in 5th and 7th grade, then sometime in high school. High school is the worst; the end of the semester is known as the movie time. They have to show us a birth of a kid. Ferreal. It's gross.

It would seem more appropriate for your school to spend the time teaching you English .
