Pancakes & crepes, do not have yeast in them, that is why they are "flat breads". Yeast is for , raised, fluffy breads & cakes. Yeast causes dough to raise, like in "puffy type " dinner rolls.Yeast does not disrupt breast growth, where did you get that idea?

no, pancakes and crepes do not have yeast, and no, it will not stunt breast growth. Your body is predesigned to grow as it is meant to. The best thing you can do is eat lots of fresh, healthy fruits and vegetables, and limit your intake of processed, artificially flavored food. If you eat foods that blossom and bloom, so will your body. Read food labels and pay attention to what you are eating. A good rule of thumb (one that my 12 year old daughter follows) is if you can't pronounce it, or don't know what it is, don't eat it. She gave up many nasty foods this way, and now enjoys a super healthy diet, and is developing right on target

Nope, crepes and pancakes do not contain yeast. There have been no scientific studies that prove a causal relationship between yeast and stunted breast development. I don't think you should worry about that.
