actually, i've make a mistake. There's an excess of skin under my foot. But then, i used a razor to cut the excess skin and it bleeds. Then now there's some black spots on my foot after it stops bleeding. And now, it hurts when i walk.

It sounds like you cut open a Plantar's wart or a corn. That is not good, you should not do that, infection may set in now. You will need to wait until it heals, after that, you can apply a corn remover, following the directions clearly, Don't get the medicine on the surrounding tissue, it will eat up the good skin as well as the bad. When the corn is removed, you will have an open wound, bandage and walk lightly. If any redness, or infection in current wound, see you doc, and don't do that again.

corns are soft calluses are hard, you should go to a doctor it could very well being infected.

Corn grows in ears, calluses grow on your skin.

Calluses don't taste good with melted butter.
